For Students: When you enroll in a course, you are granted a license to view the course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not download, distribute, or resell course materials unless explicitly permitted.

For Instructors: By publishing a course, you grant us the right to distribute your content to students. You warrant that you own the necessary rights to all content you upload.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of LMS Platform and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright and other laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems or user accounts.
  • Upload malicious code or content that infringes on others' rights.

6. Payment and Refunds

Courses are priced as listed. Prices may change at any time. Refunds are subject to our specific Refund Policy, typically available within 30 days of purchase if the course has not been significantly consumed.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
